We can also meet the requirements of Industry 4.0 by means of our intelligent, adaptive control IQR. Thanks to automated manufacturing and testing techniques, this ensures a stable welding process, which is essential for the efficient use of autonomously operating robots and networked machines.

In a fraction of a second, the dynamic control algorithm adapts to the conditions. Malfunctions and process deviations are detected and reported immediately. IQR also compensates for relevant disturbances and prevents the disturbances caused by poor fits and shunts as well as electrode wear. The result: fast start-up times and low rework costs. IQR is operated via the XPegasus PC software, which enables the simplest parameter optimizations with just two rotary knobs and two sliders thanks to the integrated IQR Easy mode. A graphical representation of the curve progressions provides a clear insight into the process.
